After Logan became the alpha, he had moved his pack house to Golden Stream city, which was ten days away from the previous one. He insisted on this, as if he could see the crack between the king and alpha Khaos, especially when the king bestowed the alpha the previous luna of his own brother, as a form of humiliation for alpha Khaos.

It was a wise decision, because if he didn't move the pack house by that time, the Blackthorne would have a hard time to defense itself, because the crucial activity was revolved around the pack house and its previous location was too close to Greywolf pack.

It was the best decision that Logan had made in retrospect.

"Where is your father's warrior?" Dacre asked, he even skipped the formality and now he was trying to get the definite answer out of her.

"My king, I have written to my father and he is still preparing the warrior for this long journey. They will be here soon." Rose didn't flinch when she heard the harsh word that came from Dacre and the king noticed her indifference attitude.
