Chapter 265 An idea.
Chapter 265 An idea.
Luciel and the others had their own wars where none of them knew who would be victorious. They didn't even have the chance to breathe because of how they were attacked from all directions. But, they didn't flatter because Mykel was also doing his best fighting The Lord.
They had no idea what was going on above, but they knew for sure that the battle was so intense that they were injured or dead because of the shockwaves. They could hear the space was torn by the clash between those two and the overwhelming aura that prevented them from using their full power.
"Sisters!" Luciel shouted as she fought Raphael and Azrael in the air.
Beldathiel and the others knew why Luciel called them, and they didn't hesitate to fly toward her. Jeanne and the others were shocked that the Demon Princesses ignored their opponents.
"You'll be surprised," Aurea said as she landed next to Jeanne after she ripped Gabriel's head off. "I'll use my skill again, so don't get near me. Tell the others," Aurea patted Jeanne's shoulder and then flew away, bringing dozens of Archangels with her.
Luciel and her sisters once again became one and the light she radiated shocked everyone because they thought they saw The Lord. Lucifer and his other self recognized the power inside Luciel, and at that moment they decided to focus on her since she was the biggest threat.
Before they could even get close to Luciel, Aurea made herself big and devoured the souls of the Archangels. They had never seen something like that before, a being that could devour the souls of Archangels.
"Looking away in a fight?" Lyneth asked as she activated [Sacrilege Flame] and punched Michael, killing him on the spot with nothing left behind, not even his soul.
Rozan was up high in the sky with his hand pointing down where every looked as small as sand. He had been waiting for this opportunity and so he released the most powerful magic that he had ever created.
"Soul Circle..." Rozan said as a massive magic circle appeared right below him. "Soul Detection..." Rozan looked at the magic circle detecting thousands of souls under its range. "Soul Bind..." Rozan pointed his staff at the center of the magic circle. "Soul Destroyer..." Rozan swung his staff and broke the magic circle.
All the Archangels suddenly collapsed and died on the spot which surprised and shocked everyone. But, that didn't stop the war as cracks started to open and brought new armies of Archangels.
"Damn... I can only this spell once..." Rozan said weakly as the core made from Mykel's blood shattered into pieces.
Rozan passed out, but before he lost his ability to fly, Shelly grabbed him and carried his body. She could see Archangels were flying toward her and she couldn't fight in that situation.
"Alpha, Beta, Charlie, Echo, Delta! It's time for you to protect your master!" Shelly shouted.
The five massive dragons started to bite each other and ripped their chests as Shelly tried to buy some time. She warped from one space to another while at the same time creating loopholes that prevented the Archangels from catching up on her and made them move in circles.
Jeanne and the others were catching their breaths as they waited for the Archangels to approach them. They were startled when Alpha's body and the other dragons fell right in front of them. They then looked up and saw someone or something floating with ten massive dragon wings with the body of a human.
Shelly who saw the appearance, she was in disbelief and petrified.
"Rozan, you're crazy..." Shelly said as she gulped.
"It's better if you protect our master. We will handle them in your stead," A man with dark purple dragon skin and a face like Mykel but with dark purple eyes said as he flapped his massive wings.
"Okay..." Shelly slowly nodded her head and was still in disbelief that Rozan used Mykel's homunculus. "So you're Quintragon, the God of the Sky..."
The homunculus nodded his head and then he glanced at the Archangels that tried to stab him. He only raised his left index finger and that was enough to make those Archangels stop moving as if they were frozen in time.
Quintragon turned around and pointed his hand at the Archangels as he looked down at them. The moment he clenched his fist, the Archangels were crushed into pulp so easily.
"You can rest as well. The sky is my territory and nobody can survive as long as I'm up here as I'm the God of the Sky," Quintragon said.
Shelly nodded her head and stayed above Quintragon so nothing could touch her. But, she noticed that staying up high was more terrifying than down there because what was beyond the sky was where the real battle was.
(Above the sky)
Mykel looked at the big hole in his chest and yet he didn't feel anything and it didn't affect him at all. He then looked at Helen who looked fine and how she was still above him in terms of everything. One thing that he knew for sure was that he couldn't die, but at the same time, he couldn't do anything else.
"That power within you is mine, and do you think it can kill me? That power can't even harm me because I know my power more than anyone in this world," Helen said with a cold expression.
Mykel knew that already, but he wasn't supposed to be the one who defeated Helen. Elena was the only one who might be able to do it because of her [Nihility] power. The problem was that Elena disappeared and he couldn't find her anywhere even with his power.
"Did you know that Elena and I had a talk before she brought me to your world? I know her power, and you're right that she can defeat me with that," Helen pointed out. "That's why I sent her to another reality, on her own. It would be foolish to not get rid of the only threat for me," Helen continued.
"Don't be so happy. You have no idea who are you talking about," Mykel appeared right in front of Helen and threw a punch at her, but it was blocked. "She's my proudest achievement," Mykel continued and overpowered Helen's grip and punched her face.
Helen was a bit shocked as she touched her cheek which felt sting after she took the punch. She then looked at Mykel who seemed too calm and the fact that she couldn't read anything about him. It reminded her of herself and wondered what kind of scheme or plan Mykel had prepared. Discover more stories at My Virtual Library Empire
"Don't be so curious, just wait until the revelation," Mykel said as he threw punches and kicks at Helen.
Helen blocked Mykel's attacks and let herself get cornered for a moment to think. The moment she found out, she immediately grabbed Mykel's face and crushed his face then threw him straight down.
Mykel landed right in the middle of the battle and it surprised Jeanne and the others when they saw him. He recovered the wounds before he touched the ground so nobody knew that he was losing.
"Mykel?!" Jeanne asked the moment she landed behind Mykel.
"Send everyone away from here and get as far away as you can," Mykel said without looking back.
Jeanne was confused and hesitated for a second, but then she nodded with understanding and told everyone to retreat. They all left, leaving Mykel alone with thousands of Archangels around him. When he thought they would attack him, the cracks opened and he saw hundreds of The Lord.
All the Archangels retreated and entered the cracks and Mykel knew why they left.
"So it has begun as well over there," Mykel glanced at the cracks that were slowly disappearing. "It's about time," Mykel sighed as he looked up at the sky.
"It's time for you to disappear," Helen said as she appeared behind Mykel.
Helen pointed her fingers at Mykel and the moment he turned around, she shot a powerful blast right in his face. The blast destroyed the Kingdom and everything on it, leaving only faint memories of the place. When she thought it would be enough to kill him, she realized that Mykel had transformed The Lord's power within his body.
No matter how bright the light that Helen radiated, Mykel's existence blocked her light. She couldn't see his face anymore because the light was devoured into his body. It was when the fear went to the surface and realized how the darkness had reached its peak form.
Mykel's bright yellow eyes that resembled the light were the only thing that Helen could see. A mockery of how small her existence was compared to the darkness that surrounded it.
"You said that your power can't defeat you. That gave me the idea of how to kill you," Mykel said as he snapped his fingers. "It's time for you to live in my world now," Mykel added and the whole universe became pitch black.
