Chapter 1145: Naamah’s Law

Lenny raised his head to Naamah. Although he had asked a question, his eyes showed that he felt disrespected by one who was beneath him.

It made Naamah scuffle a bit, "And what if I did?"

"just because I had a little Skin on skin session with you and your sister does not mean I can’t let you cheat on me with the edge of my blade."

Those words made the audience gasp. After all there was a lot of information in that one sentence. The fact that Lenny had touched women that were considered untouchable, and also the fact that he was threatening them, who in the minds of these people, were literally gods.

"D999, just because I and my sister grant you the privilege of worshipping us, a little closer than others does not mean that we wont bury you were you stand." Naamah immediately waved a finger, and instantly, An intricate pattern appeared in the sky, just above lenny’s head.

Although it looked like a rune, lenny could tell that it was not. this was law. And in truth, lenny had never seen law like this. After all, Laws were like organs, made out of cells which are runes.

For this reason, one should be able to see the hundreds or thousands of runes that make up that law.

but this one was different. It was like a declaration from the heavens, as if a rune had been extracted from a group of runes, and been made superior above all the others.

for a split second, the part of lenny that was most interested in studying got excited about seeing something so fresh and knew, it sparked his curiosity.

However, he could also see the threat that it poised.

And then came Naamah’s declaration like the judgement of the heavens. "Its a Blind world!"

All of a sudden, Lenny felt his vision vanish, but there was more. He felt all of his senses vanish. It had totally disappeared. This was not him becoming blind, which was the absence of light, but rather, a total steal of the sense of sight, neither darkness nor light.

This was the same thing for his skin, there was no feeling, his tongue, no taste, his ears no sound, and his nose, no sense of smell.

At this point, the only thing Lenny had not been stripped off by the Law was his mind, and sense of self. if not, he was like a wisp of smoke floating in the void.

Naamah gave a side smile, "stupid mutt." However, the moment she turned about, she suddenly felt a kind of profound danger come from behind her and she immediately dove to the side.

instantly, everything in that area, disappeared. it was not destroyed, NO! It was stolen.

An then she heard Lenny’s voice, "You are not the only thief in this place."

Naamah turned to Lenny. There he was, on his knees, looking lifeless with his head down. some drops of saliva fell from his mouth.

Meaning that the curse of her Law was still in effect but she had definitely heard his voice.

And that was when she felt some behind her. Naamah did not have eyes and thus used her other senses to give her an image of her environment. There was literally nothing that happened around her that she was not aware of.

Her senses were so good that when lenny and the others had been fighting in the dungeons, from the rays of light that came from the screens, she could tell what was happening, playing the image perfectly in her mind.

Her power was just that profound and terrifying.

Such was the ability level of one that had eaten from the One and Only Tree of Knowledge.

However, even her had not noticed the appearance of the giant Serpent that appeared behind her. It was huge, and as thick as nine feet. There was no way such a creature should move and she was not going to know about it. However she had not sensed it in time.

Its yellow eyes burned like fire, and its sleek skin gave off a polished shine that was impossible to ignore.

But the most obvious thing was the fact that this serpent was smiling. Its rows of Jagged sew teeth stared down at her as if to state it was staring down at a fool.

That Gaze in its eyes, it was the same one a hunter that had gotten his prey looked at the losing animal. And the same gaze a profound thief gave one that was about to lose to his cunny.

This was STEAL of the Holy Tool Anguis, and the voice she had heard not so long ago had actually come from the serpent. Lenny was talking through it.

"GOT YOU!"

Naamah was not weak, and should have acted in time, but the sight of it brought back memories of a particular individual. the one and only person that was the reason for her current circumstance.

The one that had led to the stealing of her sight. After all, the mark of Lucifer Morningstar was blood On Steal’s forehead, and for a brief second of vulnerability, Naamah fell into that trauma that she tried to throw into the past of her life.

This moment of vulnerability, Steal attacked. Its mouth opened wide, deep within its throat, the sentence of a life time.

However, just before it would STEAL her soul, a punch reached Steal’s jaw, effectively, slamming it through the wall and back into the Arena.

The people screamed all around and there was confusion as people tried to leave. However, the demons had already mounted the exits.

Those that could fly as a result of their nature or their power rank rose to the skies, but the Wrym of Souls had taken flight along some other demons to hunt down those that dared.

Meanwhile, the person that had punched Steal, Lamastu hurried over to her sister. "Naamah! Naamah!! Naamah!!! Are you okay?"

Naamah hugged her knees on the ground, and even without her eyes, fear was written all over her.

"Get a grip of yourself!" Lamastu raised her hand high and gave her sister a a resounding slap.

The jolt of pain brought her back to her senses. "Lamastu! its him. Its...."

"No, that’s not him, but that is definitely someone closely related." Lamastu frowned. "The Morningstar’s Beloved." She looked in Lenny’s direction.

The serpent had crawled around, wrapping itself around Lenny who remained kneeling in the center of the Arena.

And then it hissed at the two sisters in a mocking smile. it was only now that lamastu looked closely and she noticed that there was something caught in between its teeth.

She turned to Naamah just to be sure and then back again.

The Serpent had stolen the Orb.

And then lenny’s voice went out again, "Steal, take the Law."

The serpent immediately attacked the law above Lenny’s head, literally swallowing it, and then as Lenny rose to his feet, Steal came back to him presenting him with the Orb.

Lenny took it and nodded. And then he waved his hand, but surprisingly, nothing happened. This was the first time that Lenny was coming across something like this. The Orb could not be sent into his storage unit.

Even Anguis, a Holy tool that was alive could be sent into the storage unit, but this thing could not.

Surely, there was more to it than what met the eyes.

Lamastu rose to her feet after patting Naamah’s head a little. "How dare you touch my sister, You flitty Crawler?"

As she spoke, the demonic forces of both the Asmodeus and the Abaddon family gathered around them.

Those in the Arena had been paralyzed by fear already. They did not understand at all what was going on. The worse part of it all was the fact that they were not even allowed to escape.

Lenny waved his hand and a pouch appeared around his waist. He placed the orb inside and zipped it well. And then he looked back at the Sisters. "huh! what do you mean? Its not like its the first time, is it? or have you forgotten when you were telling me to pound harder?" Lenny gave a perverted smirk that obviously infuriated Lamastu.

"You really do not know what kind of mess you are now in, do you?"

"i could say the same thing. but I rather show it." Lenny replied.

However, Lamastu gave the order first, "bring me his head."

As she did, the demons flared high with power as hundred of them rushed over from all sides.

As they did, Steal that was beside Lenny only moments ago, suddenly disappeared, and then Lenny waved his hands, long silver swords that glowed in white flames appeared as he took a fighting stance.

And then his voice went out, "are you still going to hide in the shadows or come join me."

Cain suddenly walked out, "but you seemed to have it all worked out..."
