The first lady looked at her with a complex expression and was about to say something when the second lady interrupted, “By the way, Kate, could you help me bring the coffee to the dining room? I’m a bit overwhelmed doing it all by myself.”

Kate carried the tray with the coffee pot and cups into the dining room, then looked around at everything with a bewildered expression. The environment was so familiar yet so strange, it gave her an uncanny feeling.
“Sorry, I don’t know what you like to eat, so I made you the same breakfast Ed usually has,” Charlize followed in, carrying a tray and then expertly began setting it up.
“It’s alright, I’m not picky.” Kate said, helping her with the setup.
The two women casually chatted as they laid the tableware, discussing women’s matters and laughing at the amusing parts, appearing very harmonious, until a discordant voice sounded, “What a delightful scene to wake up to in the morning. It’s truly wonderful.”
There was nobody else who spoke in such an exaggerated manner and with such pauses other than Adrian. He leaned casually against the door frame, dressed simply, smiling, and ogling the two attractive women without any inhibition.
Kate frowned slightly and was about to speak when Charlize spoke up, unapologetically, “You better start having your breakfast, Ed. We’ve got a packed schedule these coming days, and even a slight delay could… What are you staring at?!”
“Through the blouse, it seems like your bust might be slightly smaller than Kate’s,” Adrian commented unabashedly, scrutinizing their chests.
