Hearing the hint of melancholy in his voice, Abigail couldn’t help but look over. “There haven’t been any guests here?”
“After Father passed away and Mother left, the Piers family’s main branch fell apart. Moon Lake Manor has never opened to the public since then.” Brandon seemed to be reminiscing, his gaze distant as he looked far away.
