Chapter 83: Congregate! Harmonize! Sing!

Honestly, when the small explosion had happened, Kyle had panicked a bit.

However, knowing fully well that this must've been an unexpected occurrence, even for the staffs backstage, he calmly waited for them to offer an explanation, the smile never leaving his face.

Determined, Kyle was never going to let a situation like this ruin his mood.

He had been looking forward to this opportunity to sing on a big stage again all day and nothing was going to stop him from performing. Not even life's twist and turns.

And so, as the crowd watched a scrawny looking man with a tired yet panicked expression, his black hair with strands of grey in them, rushing onto the stage to meet Kyle, they watched impatiently as he discussed a few things with the young star.

"We're so sorry for this. This was totally unexpected but one of the stagehands mistakenly tripped over a wire that powered some of the audio equipment and the back-up generator seems to have being tampered with."

"Truly, we're so very sorry for this and we're working to fix it as soon as possible." the concert and event producer said.

"That's fine but… how much time do I have left before my segment is over?" Kyle asked instead, his expression calm.

A bit surprised by his demeanor, the concert producer quickly responded;

"Um… about 15 minutes…" he said while checking his wristwatch

"And how much time will it take you to fix the equipment?" he asked again.

"About 15 minutes too…" the man, still a bit confused by Kyle's calm demeanor responded again.

"Alright then. Guess I'll have to wing it." Kyle nodded and at this point, both the man and crowd watched on in confusion, both for completely different reasons.
