No sooner had he said that, the young man instantly permabanned the spammer, completely unaffected by the sudden event.

What that sudden spammer had been doing was pure harassment and it was clear that Kyle must've disliked that.

When people in the chat saw the way he handled it though, one thing became clear to them.

Kyle might be polite and sweet, but, he was also, very firm.
