Mineah didn't know what was happening, but she was pretty sure that everything was still going according to plan. After all, the fact that she had to wear the same dress as her fellow ladies already paid off, and they were all together as they were taken to who knows where in some nondescript carriage.

"Relax," she told them, making sure to keep her voice as low as possible. "We're getting out of this sooner or later."

"Are you sure, Your Majesty?" Teressa worriedly whispered back. "We're all bound, and I can't seem to be able to contact anyone."

"I'm sure," Mineah firmly nodded.

Well, she said that, but she honestly didn't have a clue how they were going to get out without casualties. Surprisingly, she couldn't contact Nikolai, which meant that this was an organized job. It smelled of Haman's dirty work already, and she could only assume that her husband had something in mind to rescue them. If not, then she could always take matters into her own hands if need be.
