"I choose the second," Officer Huang and Qing Ling said almost in unison.

Gao Yang was somewhat surprised: "You have so little trust in the organization?"

"We can't fully trust it yet," Officer Huang stated bluntly. "On the other hand, the first plan is quite unrealistic. We can't just hide out at the Millennium Building's base indefinitely. Besides, why would the Zodiac mobilize everyone to protect us? It's more likely they'd sacrifice us for the greater good."

Qing Ling nodded, largely agreeing with Officer Huang's view.

Gao Yang smiled helplessly, "Actually, I also lean towards the second option."

He took a sip of water, gently pinching the rim of the disposable cup: "I believe that until First Snow reveals her true intentions, she won't make a move against us. Otherwise, she would have done so already. But if we show obvious resistance too soon, we might provoke her, or even the Ghost Troupe behind her. So it's better to wait and see."
