Chapter 1136: Lilith’s Plan For The Kids 3
Chapter 1136: Lilith’s Plan For The Kids 3
Grammelion gave the order to his Demons to turn his armada around and head back home. At the same time, Zolgorith hissed as he watched Grammelion leave.
He waved a hand, "lets go home, its time for my mid mid afternoon nap." Saying this, the whales, void beasts glowed with a profound purple light as they shot into the distance.
The other Families had already began engagement with the Leviathan family when they turned to see that two Royal families had suddenly left. This was not the agreement.
"That Bastard!" Baaldrith cursed. "I knew he was up to no good. He wants to eat the spoils of the eighth earth. Virgil was right. After him, to the Eighth earth."
Immediately, the forces of Gluttony began to back off, activating their vehicles, and shooting into space.
Malachor of wrath saw this and it made him extremely angry. He commanded his forces to turn about, stating that he was going to teach Baaldrith and Grammelion a lesson for backstabbing them.
Naturally, this caught all the others attention.
Astraelia saw this and her eyes shone in a volcanic glow. After all, she knew her counter parts of the other families. There was going to be a fight. And when there was a fight, then it meant that there was no doubt going to be destruction. This was most especially true because of the kind of person Malachor was. Wrath had a nature of spilling its need for attention to its intense anger through chaos.
And Destruction was one thing that she craved above all else. After all, even this fight with the leviathan was just an escuse. The cosmos had been in peace for far too long.
If this was going to become the opening of the show, then she wanted to be there first hand to enjoy it.
Instantly, she commanded her forces to head towards the Eighth Earth.
And soon enough, they had all commanded their forces to retreat and fight for the eighth earth.
As they left, Virgil chuckled at this, "the Queen was right."
Meanwhile, Moranda was confused as to what was happening.
Virgil turned to him, "why fight an enemy when they can fight themselves?"
Moranda did not understand what was happening and he surprisingly was humble enough to ask for clarification which impressed Virgil and thus virgil explained.
It turned out that Virgil’s aim had nor been to entice Grammelion about the prospect of the riches that the Eighth earth could provide.
Rather, it had been to take advantage of the distrust that the Powers had for one another and pin it all on Grammelion’s head.
After all, in truth, something of importance had actually come up at Grammelion’s primary plane and that was why he was rushing over.
However, his pride as a royal family will not let him spill the beans. And as such, the other royal families believed that since he was the agent of greed, that he was using this opportunity to attack the eighth earth and conquer it.
This of course, had been Lilith’s plan all along. Why fight your enemies when you could use their desire against them for them to tear into one another.
This was the same thing she had done for the cup bearers of the Morningstar, leading them to submit themselves to her.
Virgil could not help but nod his head when he heard the plan. But something did not make sense to him, and so he asked.
"If the Greed Royal family went back to their home, then why did they go back. Also, what of Sloth family?"
Virgil was not shy to explain that the Sloth family had not even been in the equation in the first place, because to rise to battle was an annoyance that Zolgorith did not enjoy, and would look for any excuse to go back to his napping.
However, the Sloth family was still a major power of the cosmos. And when one had such influence, even if they took a poop, it would affect the overall game on the chess board.
As such, the sloth family going into the void of space, further convinced the other royal families that indeed, Grammelion had gone for the riches of the eighth earth.
And as for Grammelion himself, his earth was under attack.
In truth, even the other royal familes would not be so bold as to declare war on the heart of a royal family. After all, this was the flagship of their power.
But of course, there was a group of people that were actually so brave enough to do something like that, and they were the ones that truly brought Lilith’s plan together.
It was none other than her sisters. Or rather her sister, Durgia.
Amongst her sisters, it was no exaggeration to say that Lilith was the smartest. It was for this reason that her sisters had called to meet up the moment they could feel their sister’s aura after she awakened the Leviathan family from their family.
However, this was also something Lilith had done intentionally. After all, she could have hid it, but she didn’t. She wanted them to know.
Because she knew that they would be scared of her arrival, and therefore hasten their plans.
Of course the resulting plan was not something she knew, but she had Virgil who could listen to the wails of the damned in hell, and as such she knew what had been done.
This was the first thing Virgil briefed her on the moment she awoke.
With this information of the past, predicting future direction was not so hard anymore.
And therefore, she was able to know that the moment the Powers were to leave the primary planes, Durgia would make an attempt on a primary plane.
Of course principalities kept watch, and such strength was not what Durgia could fight against, but Durgia had a secret weapon. And it was no other than the clones of Luca, Lenny’s son, she was mass producing using the power of law.
Because of Solomon’s rule on his bloodline, she could never make them live for more than five minutes, but that was just enough time, to establish a clear order that had been programmed into their brains for them to summon forces of the Nether realm, creatures whose sole purpose of existence is to consume reality.
Now, knowing who Durgia would attack was the true easy part. Because all she had to do was think of who will suffer the most damage while Durgia managed to do the work of a thief in secret.
And that ended up being Grammelion.
In this manner, everything came together. But there was more to this plan that Virgil did not speak of.
The reason was because Lilith was making plans at a cosmic level, preparing the path for one person. The one person she believed she owed a life time of debt. It was none other than her son, whom she had been unable to ever hold in her arms since the day of his birth... All because of his father’s plans.
She might have smiled off his existence, but in truth, she hurt deeply inside. This was the pain of a mother, and in her own way, she was going to make the entire world feel her pain as she molded the world as an offering to him.
Even right, now, as she faced Lady Death, she spoke, "lets’s talk about him. My son, your husband to be."
......
Meanwhile, in the eighth earth, something else was happening...
On the bustling streets of Earth, amidst the hum of everyday life, a lone preacher stood shouting about the end of days. He wore ragged clothes, his beard wild and unkempt, his eyes wide with conviction. In one hand, he clutched a rusted old bell, which he rang periodically, the sound cutting through the noise of traffic and chatter. "The gods are coming!" he cried. "The end is near, and they shall bring their kingdom! Repent, for the world shall bow to their might!"
Most people walked past him without so much as a glance, shaking their heads or chuckling at his apparent madness. Some threw insults, others simply ignored him as they carried on with their daily lives. But then, the preacher’s bell rang one last time, and something strange began to happen.
The bright, clear sky, once painted in hues of blue and gold, began to darken. A creeping shadow spread across the heavens, blotting out the sun and sending a chill through the air. People stopped in their tracks, their eyes lifting to the sky, confused murmurs spreading through the crowd. The light of day had been replaced with a heavy, unnatural darkness.
Then it appeared: a massive, floating mountain, hovering high above the Earth. Its base shimmered with a brilliant golden hue, as if the entire structure had been forged from solid gold. The mountain was colossal, larger than any structure humans had ever seen, and its surface was smooth and polished, reflecting what little light remained. Its presence alone was oppressive, casting a long, suffocating shadow over the land below.
On the peak of the golden mountain stood the gods, their forms resplendent and otherworldly, radiating an aura of power that could be felt from the streets. They were taller than any human, their bodies gleaming with divine armor and adorned with ancient symbols of their dominion. Their eyes glowed with a fierce light, and their expressions were cold, dispassionate.
This was not them sending avatars but had come in their true physical forms. But so did their mountain.
At the front of the assembly, towering above all, was Ares, the god of war. His presence was overwhelming—his muscular form clad in crimson and gold armor, his eyes burning with the fire of countless battles. His war helm cast shadows over his sharp features, making him look even more fearsome. In his hand, he held a massive spear, its tip sparking with electricity as if eager for blood.
Kneeling at his feet, bound in thick, gleaming chains, were Crusher and Perseus
Ares took a step forward, his voice booming across the land like a clap of thunder. "Father Black!" he roared, his voice echoing for miles, shaking the very ground. "Regent of the Lenny royal family! Give up the Earth’s core, or lose your family members to wrath of the gods!"
