Devil Slave (Satan system)

Chapter 991: Did I give you permission to leave?

Chapter 991: Did I give you permission to leave?

From the churning pool of poison, the Devil King began to emerge, and what came forth was a sight that would haunt even the bravest of souls.

Half of his form resembled that of a colossal ant, with a segmented exoskeleton that gleamed with an eerie, crimson hue. The other half, grotesquely fused to the ant-like body, was the torso of a person, but distorted and monstrous in its appearance.

His human half was muscular, covered in crimson skin, each muscle defined and bulging with unnatural strength. His skin seemed to pulsate, as if alive with the malevolent energy coursing through his veins. Dozens of eyes, a characteristic trait of his devil kind, were scattered across his body, each one blinking and darting about independently. These eyes glowed with a sinister light, their gaze piercing and filled with an ancient malevolence.

His ant-like legs were massive, resembling giant swords rather than limbs. They were sharp and menacing, each step he took causing the ground to tremble and sending sparks flying from the sharp edges. The rear end of his ant-like half glowed with a vibrant, toxic luminescence, indicating the presence of potent Jin poison, capable of corroding anything it touched.

The claws on his human hands were long, sharp, and menacing, glinting wickedly in the ambient light. Each claw looked capable of slicing through steel, their edges honed to a razor-sharp finish. His entire form was covered in a sheen of the poisonous liquid from which he had emerged, adding to his terrifying appearance.

He towered over Lenny, his size making him appear like a mini-giant. The sheer presence of the Devil King was overwhelming, his form exuding an aura of dread and power. The air around him seemed to warp and ripple, filled with the toxic fumes emanating from his body.

The sight was bone-chilling. His ant-like mandibles clicked together with a menacing rhythm, each click reverberating through the cavern. His breath was hot and fetid, carrying the stench of decay. The poison dripping from his body hissed and sizzled as it hit the ground, creating small pools of bubbling, corrosive liquid.

As he fully emerged, the Devil King’s gaze locked onto Lenny, all his myriad eyes focusing with a predatory intensity. His deep, rumbling voice echoed through the chamber, carrying a mocking tone that sent shivers down Lenny’s spine. "Welcome, food. Do you find my true form...disturbing?"

Lenny’s frown deepened. He could feel the oppressive weight of the Devil King’s presence, the sheer terror that seemed to radiate from him. This was a creature of pure nightmare, a manifestation of chaos and destruction.

"Your True form?" Lenny thought to himself. However, now that he thought about it, when he first came into this dungeon, he had indeed been welcome by all the Devil Bosses of this dungeon, but he definitely did not feel this level of oppressive might from all of them.

Most likely, The Devil king had sent a mere presence to represent him.

This realization was chilling knowledge. After all, Lenny had been willing to enter this dungeon and kill the devil bosses for growth. Thinking back to how weak he was at the time, he could not help but think that he had been very ignorant.

If he had to face the Devil King at that time in its true form, then Lenny believed that by now, his flesh would have been stuck somewhere in the creature’s teeth.

Lenny waved his hands, and two swords appeared. Filling them up with holy power, he kicked against the ground as he rushed forward to attack.

However, just when it seemed like he would hit the Devil Boss, an overwhelming sense of dread filled the air, and he felt his entire body detach from each other.

In mid air, lenny willed, and a rune appeared which he kicked and somersaulted back.

"Hmmm! You seem to have good senses, not bad..." those words came as a compliment from the Devil king. However, Lenny suddenly noticed that his hands were lighter.

His swords. the items that he had just brought out from the System were no more.

And then he could hear crushing sounds coming from the Devil King. Lenny raised a brow at this. The devil King was chewing his swords. Eating it like it was some appetizing piece of chocolatey biscuit.

"Hmmm! that was delicious. I was aiming for your torso, but who could have thought that your senses were so sharp that you saw me coming." The Devil King gave a side smile.

saw you coming?

Lenny did not see that attack. He suddenly realized that all he had heard about this Devil king might not be true. After all, he was able to fight off Greater Devils of in Rank 1 of the greater Devil realm, but this Devil Boss speed just now was something else.

There was hell in no way he was rank 1. "FUCK!" Lenny cursed.

This was not rank 1, this was rank 2.

Immediately, his ankle turned, kicking against the ground as he attempted to run.

There was no way he was going to face such an opponent with the strength that he had now. Lenny was not a coward, but knowing when someone was out of your league was a privilege only truly smart men knew.

However, the thought had only materialized in his head and his ankle turn at an angle to sprint out of the dungeon to safety when like a dart, the Devil king moved past him.

Lenny had seen the incredible speed that the Devil boss was capable of in that first strike, but now, he realized that even then, it had been nothing.

The devil Boss to the normal eye had materialized from his previous position behind Lenny, to his front, instantly, blocking the exit.

"How the fuck is he that fast?" Lenny thought to himself. This was most especially true because of the weight of that big body.

But the devil king moved it like he was a paper plane in the wind.

"Tsk Tsk Tsk.... Did I give you permission to leave?" The Devil Boss voice was a whisper but it felt like it could make ocean waters rumble.
