Chapter 946: Wyrm Of Souls

Chapter 946: Wyrm Of Souls

The greater demon in charge, waved his hands, signaling for the Jin to be released.

A few of the soldiers with him turned to one another. These ones were not demons but Earthen people. "But Commander, If we release the beast, we risk killing the villagers too.

Those words made the Commander frown and with a wave of his hand, the soldier that had talked had burst like a water balloon smashing against a wall.

Then he turned to the others. "These elves were willing to give a rebel refuge. Even if it was temporary, they still did so outside the will of Lady Naamah and the Royal Asmodeus family. If you pity them, then I’ll also treat you like a rebel."

Those words sent a chill down their spines.

"Now, release my pet!" Commander Breakhead Ordered. These words were spoken lightly, but they made the soldiers panic as they hurried to do as he said.

Then again, releasing this jin was another problem. One could not just release it from its cage. They were very true rumors of this jin devouring caretakers and the like.

Anything with life that came a few meters close to it was within its consumption range.

Long rods that guaranteed the safety of the men had to be used to open all nineteen locks from a good distance.

Even then, Once it was done, the Soldeirs all rushed to hide behind the cage, away from the creature’s sight. After all, this cage did not just serve as a means to hold it in place, but also to hold it in this reality.

As a jin, it was a being made of Fire and soul. But still had its fore parents as Nephilim and angels. It had inherited those terrifying traits that had been perverted into existence. For this reason, it was so likely for the Jin to disappear and appear in and out of the After Truth.

Slowly, it proceeded out.

Behold Commander Breakhead’s Wyrm of Souls, a twisted fusion of malevolence and flame, birthed from holy abomination to stalk the realms of mortals.

As it prowlled through the veil of the cage into reality, the Wyrm’s form defied comprehension.

Its sinewy body, draped in a shroud of spectral purple, writhed with an otherworldly grace, each movement a symphony of dread.

Ethereal fire, born from the depths of infernal abyss, dripped like molten tears from its gaping maw, casting an unholy glow upon the land.

But it was its eyes that truly ensnare the soul. Countless orbs, each a window into the abyss, litter the Wyrm’s visage, each one pulsating with a life of its own. They danced and flickered with manic fervor, their gaze piercing through the veil of reality to pierce the hearts of those who dare meet them.

To stand in the presence of this abomination was to feel the icy grip of despair wrap around one’s very being.

The air grew thick with dread, suffocating the spirit with its malevolent embrace.

A chill, colder than the void between stars, snaked its way down the spine of any unfortunate soul who dared to cross its path, whispering tales of torment and despair.

Yet, in its abominable form, Commander Break head patted the creature on the head, "Devour!" he whispered to it, like a lover making a candied request.

Instantly, the creature opened up its wings as it dove below.

The order from its master had been simple. They was no favoritism to be played here. This village had met its judgement.

This Jin known as the Wyrm of souls spread its bony wings, which according to the known laws of physics should not be able to carry its size as long as a bus, but once it was airborne, the reality proved otherwise.

Then again, it was a creature of soul and fire.

It left a trail of purple blazing flames as it shot into the sky like the tail of a comet.

The Villagers ever sensitive to the calls and cries of the land beneath them because of their nature as Earthen elves, woke from their sleep.

Many of them ran out to look at the sky, wondering why even the earth was warning them to escape, and then they saw it. The unnatural abomination in the sky as it lunged forth with a dread that made even the air sizzle with anticipation.

This land had beautiful tress, all crystalline in nature. A beauty that added an extra layer to the aesthetics of the environment. but on the arrival of the beast, even the floral sizzled as it was turned to dust by the blazing purple fire.

From afar, the destructive might was beautiful to stare at. However, as it drew closer, the Villagers quickly realized their doom was close.

"RUN!!!" It was not know who had given the command, but it had broke everyone from the spell of watching the approaching death.

People stumped on each other as they rushed haphazardly for their lives.

Mothers rushed to protect their children, and some others tried to take their valuables as they rushed to escape.

It was total chaos. Chaos that fed the excitement of the barbaric beast.

And then the creature opened its mouth, revealing rows and rows of teeth as purple as its body.

Then came the down pour, like the vigorous vomit of a diseased man.

*BLUERRRGGHHHHH!!!*

Purple flames bathed the land, instantly, turning any and everything in sight to crisp: land, floral, living things, it was all turned to ash.

Because of the rush of people all over the place, many of them rushing to the mountains for their lives, it was going to take a little more than one attack to kill them all.

The Village head stood in surprise. All around her, the screams of her people entered her ears.

She was knowledgeable enough to know that this creature had not just come on its own, but was the demon royal family’s doing.

"oh No! What have i done?" She asked herself subconsciously.
